Traitwise terms and refunds
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Traitwise is a personality report made by Sunny Makers (ABN 85 390 808 094, Queensland, Australia). By ticking the box before you pay, you agree to these terms. Questions? Write to [email protected].
What you buy
A personal digital report (PDF) based on your answers: Big Five traits, Enneagram type and wing, where you are lately on the 9 levels, stress and growth directions, work and relationships. The couple plan adds a report for each partner and a couple report.
Your report is delivered by email: usually within a few hours, always within 48 hours of receiving your answers.
What it is not
Traitwise is for self-reflection and fun. It is not a psychological, medical, financial or legal assessment and does not replace professional help. The Enneagram is a tool for reflection, not a scientific test. If you are struggling, please talk to someone you trust or a local support line.
Your right to cancel
Because the report is digital content made for you and delivered as soon as it is ready, you ask us to start right away and you accept that you lose the 14-day right to cancel that applies in some countries (for example in the EU and the UK).
Refunds
We do not give refunds for a change of mind.
If your report does not arrive within 48 hours, is incomplete, or has a fault, write to us and we will fix it or refund you in full. If we cannot make your report at all, we refund you automatically.
Refunds are limited to one per person: one per email address and one per payment card. Repeated or unusual refund requests are reviewed by hand and may be declined.
We keep a record of each delivery (date, time, email address and file names) so we can check any question about a report.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law of your country.
Weekly tips
Your purchase includes a short weekly tip by email, written for your type, wing and level group. Every tip has a link to stop them; stopping covers every order from your email address.
Gift code
Your report email includes a 15% code for one Traitwise report each, for you or up to 7 friends, until the date written in the email. If you share your result from the free colour quiz, you get a personal 15% code that works once within 24 hours. Codes have no cash value and cannot be combined with other codes.
Your data
We use your answers only to make your report and delete your answer form once the report has been sent. To choose your weekly tips we keep only your type, wing and level group. We never sell your data. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. See our privacy page for details.
If you share your colour, the picture and the share page show only the first name you type in - never your surname or email. The name is drawn on your own device and travels only after the # in the share link, which browsers never send to our server.
