Privacy: personality reports, colouring pages and CVs

Colouring pages and books - your photos

We use your photo, or the 10–20 photos in a book order, only to make your colouring page or book.
They are stored in private storage that only our system can read, and permanently deleted as soon as your PDF is made, or when we refund you. If you don't finish paying, they are deleted within 2 hours.
To draw each page, the photo is sent to our AI providers: Anthropic (Claude, a safety and quality check) and OpenAI (the illustration). They process it for us under their business API terms: it is not used to train their models, and they may keep it for up to 30 days only for abuse and safety monitoring before deleting it. These providers are in the United States.
We never share, sell or publish your photos, and we keep no copy of your finished PDF after emailing it.
Only upload photos you have permission to use. For now we do not accept photos of children under 13; such photos are refused, deleted and refunded.

Your photo, the names, story idea or phrase you type, and your choices are used only to make your comic or video.
The photo is stored privately and permanently deleted as soon as your comic or video is made, when we refund you, or within 2 hours if you don't finish paying. We keep no copy of the finished comic or video after emailing it.
Comics: the photo and your text go to Anthropic (Claude: safety checks, writing and checking the story) and OpenAI (the drawings), under the same terms as colouring pages above.
Talking pets: the photo and phrase go to Anthropic (Claude: safety checks), OpenAI (the voice) and fal.ai (the animation, run on Kling AI's video model), under their business API terms. These providers are in the United States (Kling AI's model is operated by a company based in China).
Comic books: for now we do not accept photos of children under 13. Talking-pet videos: the animal nearest the camera talks (any other animals stay still); people may appear and are either kept (they move naturally but never speak) or cropped out, as the customer chooses. A photo showing a child under 13 is used only if a parent or legal guardian confirms their consent.

Your answers (20 Big Five and 36 Enneagram statements; for a couples report, both partners' answers) travel with your payment to Stripe and are used only to write your report. For a couples report, please only include a partner who has agreed to take part. Your Enneagram type is a lens for reflection, not a psychological assessment. We use Anthropic (Claude) to write the personal note in it.
We keep your answers and email address only with your order record, for customer support and our legal records. Ask us any time to delete them.
Sharing your colour: the share picture and share page show only the first name you choose to type - never your surname or email. The name is drawn on your own device and sits only after the # in the share link, a part browsers never send to our server, so we never receive or log it.

We use your CV, the job titles and job ads you paste, your city and work-rights choice only to make your tailored CVs and gaps report.
Your CV and the job ads are stored in private storage that only our system can read, and permanently deleted as soon as your documents are made, or when we refund you. If you don't finish paying, it is deleted within 2 hours.
To read and tailor it, your CV is sent to Anthropic (Claude) under its business API terms: not used to train its models, kept up to 30 days only for abuse and safety monitoring. Anthropic is in the United States. The job ads you paste are sent with it.
We keep no copy of your CV or of the documents we email you.

On the Chatterpaws pages we ask before using the Meta Pixel (a cookie from Meta, which runs Facebook and Instagram). If you tap "OK", Meta learns that this browser visited, started a checkout or bought, so we can see which of our ads work and show them to people likely to enjoy them. If you tap "No thanks", nothing is loaded and the page works the same.
Your photo, the words you type and your email are never sent to Meta. Change your mind any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card. Your page or report is emailed from [email protected] (Google Workspace).
